How to enrol or make a reservation:

Visit us at our review center. Bring with you, 1 pc. 2x2 colored picture. View sketch map!

or

Follow the following steps:

1. Deposit your payment or reservation fee to Excel Review Center's Metrobank (Manalili Branch) account (Account no. 308-3-30806046-3) at any Metrobank branch nationwide

2. Fill up enrollment form above and click SUBMIT.

3. Send via mail or email the following:


  1. Certification if you are a privileged reviwee (i.e. honor graduate, quizzer, officer, etc.).

  2. 1 pc. 2 x 2 ID picture

  3. Deposit slip of payment made at Metrobank.



Note:
For privileged reviewees (honor graduates, Officers, Quizers, etc.), please inform us by sending us a text message at (0917) 3279002 or email us at info@excelreviewcenter.com so that you will be informed of you corresponding review fee (if any).

For regular reviewees, a reservation fee of P500.00 is required. Reservation fee is deductible to the total review fee but non-refundable and non-transferable.
